Devine Family Care Practice delivers evidenced-based and excellent care to patients of all ages. We have qualified health care professionals that place your healthcare needs first. The clinic is opened 5 days a week Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 6 pm.
To save you time and cost, prescriptions and laboratory services are provided on site.
We accept most insurances and self-pay patients.

Diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic illnesses such as HTN, Diabetes1 & 2, asthma, COPD, gout, arthritis Urgent medical illnesses and injuries namely headache, fever, ear infection, ear wax removal, pink eyes, cough, stomach pain, gastroenteritis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throats, rash, cuts, bites, sprains, burns. Prevention and wellness, general physical examination, preoperative physical, pre-employment physical, DOT physical, college, and sport physicals.
